Check-IN/OUT
Our SOUL Zone check in counter is prominently located in our community center. When checking in your child for the first time, you will be required to fill out a registration form on each child. After completely the card, you will be asked to sign your child in and will then receive a pager. Each week please report to the check-in counter prior to dropping your children off to their age appropriate classrooms.
· Please see that your child's pacifier, bottle, and other belongings are clearly labeled with your child's name.
· You will will be given a pager which matches the tag clipped to your child and their belongings. Please take care to keep it on you at all times.
· In the event that your child needs you during the service, your pager will vibrate. Please report immediately to the "check in" counter where a ministry leader will be waiting.
· As a safety precaution, the pager is required when you return to pick up your child. (Please do not drop the pager off at the counter prior to picking up your child).
MINISTRY LEADERS
Our Ministry Leaders are trained, background checked and dedicated to providing a safe, loving environment for every child. For the security of all children, only approved ministry leaders are allowed in our classrooms. Please see Sheree Brower, Director of Children's Ministry, if you would like to obtain a visitors badge to observe in a classroom.
CLASSROOM INFORMATION
NURSERY (Birth - 2 Years)
For newborns, infants and early toddler, our rooms are equipped with rocking chairs, swings, cribs, and age appropriate, educational toys to keep your little ones busy. Our loving ministry leaders are interviewed, background screened and well suited to meet your child's specific needs.
2 & 3 YEAR OLDS
Our 2's and 3's classroom is equipped with plenty of toys and activities that will stimulate your child's developing mind. Our leaders are passionate about teaching your children that Jesus loves them! They offer hands on lessons with lots of repetition to ensure your little ones remember Jesus' love all through the week
PRESCHOOL
We have a great classroom filled with lots of fun, interactive games that will focus on purposeful play! Our teachers bring the Bible stories to life by encouraging the kids to explore hands on activities.
K, 1ST, 2ND & 3RD
We offer church....kid style! Your children will experience fun games,
upbeat music, and challenging lessons that apply to their everyday life. It is sure to be the best hour of their week!
4TH & 5TH GRADES
Students will meet in the classroom and attend the worship service as a group. (We do this to help transition them into the adult service for when they graduate from the children's department.) After the worship service, students will return to their classroom for an engaging Bible lesson that has an emphasis on life application regarding situations they may encounter on a regular basis.
