Family stats: Hubby Jeff..aka "JJ" (married in 1998) with 2 amazing and beautiful daughters: Olivia Grace (2002)and Isabelle Annie (2006)

How I met my spouse: We were set up by mutual friends for a blind date. All they would tell me is that he was a "nice guy".
They were right about that. And, he is so much more. I’m very blessed!!

Interesting factoid: My name has been legally changed 4 times and I love the final product. Ask me about it sometime.

How I ended up at Kainay: God graciously led us to Kainay in 1999 and our lives have been completely transformed since.
He knew we needed this church family.

FAVORITE:
Music: I am a channel surfer…whatever aligns with my mood. I love just about everything…EXCEPT COUNTRY!!
Movie or movies: I like movies that give me a little bit of everything…humor, good love story, suspenseful/unpredictable ending and then leaves me feeling all warm and fuzzy inside!
Food: Pretty much anything -- although it tastes best when it's organic
Cartoon Character: Pillsbury Doughboy...is he a cartoon or just an animated character?...WHATEVER! Anyways, I have a nice little collection of Doughboy items!

My very first jobs were: Vickie's Ice Cream Factory. My favorite odd combination was Mint Chip ice cream with strawberries on top...YUM!!!

Best childhood memory: Pick a Christmas, any Christmas. My mom had a way of making even the smallest things magical!

I could meet: Jordan Nathaniel Marcel Knight…LOL…childhood dream!
I could live: I don't want to live anywhere else. Although I wish my family lived closer.
I could do life over: I would work harder on developing a good relationship with my sister much younger.

One thing I can't stand: The sound of grinding teeth!!!

How I became a Christian: My Cat!!! On March 12, 1986 a cat was abandoned out in front of our house. It was sealed in a box, with green beans to eat. My prayers were answered! I knew then that God was real and he cared about me. He had answered my prayers and sent me the perfect gift and I just knew it was from Him...this was no coincidence! She had a perfectly shaped heart nose and named her Annie. After little orphan Annie. I came to Christ that year because of that seemingly small blessing!

Interesting facts about Gods grace in my life: My daughter Olivia Grace was born on March 12, 2002 (same day God gave us Annie) and on her foot was a birth mark of a perfectly shaped heart. Four years later while searching for names for our soon to be born second child, I stumbled across Annie, whose meaning simply said "Grace!" After reading other meanings, everything Annie symbolized to me, was written in another description was "favored grace, gracious, merciful and prayer". We decided to continue the theme of grace that had been woven into our lives and chose Isabelle Annie Brower for our second child's name. Incidentally both of my girls were born on Tuesdays..."Tuesday's child is full of grace". Annie the cat lived 21 wonderful and healthy years and has always been a perfect example of God's love, grace. Even for the smallest things in our lives. It is all apart of His plan!

I'd describe my faith as: rooted

I can't wait to ask Jesus face-to-face: What he was like as a child growing up?
